Advice needed..

So I’m 8dpo and my boobs have been really sore the past few days. I spotted just a little bit sunday and monday and the blood was a pinkish color. I’ve had some mild cramping here and there and so I decided to take a test this morning and these were my results. My period is supposed to come this saturday, but with the symptoms i’ve been experiencing... I don’t know what’s going on. Can it still be too early to get a BFP?
