So I’m 20 and in August I have my first Gyno appointment ever and I’m scared af. I’m not scared of being looked at or anything, I know they’ve seen it all. I’m scared of the tools they’re gonna use and it hurting lol my sisters always tell me it’s awful. What can I expect the first time I go? Is it really that bad? Any advice or info would be helpful. Sorry if this sounds ignorant 😭 I’m just scared
