Allergy meds

Hey guys! I need some advice!

So I’ve always been very reactive to medications, especially allergy meds. Claritin is a no-go because it gives me severe anxiety and makes my allergy-caused vertigo even worse, and Benedryl just makes me full on loopy lol. I’ve tried Flonase but never really got much relief.

I’m really struggling this year between my balance being off and the general headaches and sinus pressure. Anyone have any recommendations for an OTC medication that’s more mild? So frustrated cause my doctors just keep saying ‘take Claritin, take zyrtec’. Ugh!
