I'm freaking out.

Ok I have been with my husband for 2 years now. We just recently stated trying and I'm about 6 days from starting. But I was at work and whent to the bathroom i see this.. clot or somthing but no other blood I have been like extra tired the last few weeks and about 4 days ago I feel like my nipples are being ripped off even with just a shirt on.. can anyone help me??
