Thyroid/tsh levels

I did a modern fertility test kit and everything came back as normal. But they did say that my tsh was 2.64 and generally for fertility they like to see it at 2.5 or less. So I’m going to reach out to my doctor to check on it. But I have had 2 miscarriages and I’ve dealt with unexplained weight gain (10lbs), acne, constipation, and fatigue which seem to go hand in hand with thyroid issues. Anyone had a number like this and still have to get help?
