Libia tear

During sex I couldn’t get well wet basicallly. During this time this man kept trying to get me to this point and it wouldn’t work so he kept trying. Due to the dryness, my libia/ next to vagina has tore. My libia has swelled up, my right side has calmed down but my left side is still swelled up because of the tear on that spot.

I have been doing cold compressions, warm bath and taking an anti- inflammatory medication.

Should I put a medication or ointment on this tear?

This has never happened to me before. Awkward times call for akward measures. Please help.
