Do i have the right to be upset husband blurts you're lame during sex

Context is i changed postions . We were intimate in the light we had a incident sexually that left scaring he has since pointed it out alot including when having sex about how he really hurt me and didn't know it was that "bad " it is in the process of being healed and cosmetically altered . I changed positions as i am feeling a bit insecure. He blurts out you're LAME in a none joking voice and upset ... am i just being senstive or does that seem jacked up ?
