Exercise and cramping
Hi everyone! I am 8 weeks pregnant and still attempting to keep up my 3-5 day workout regime (it was 6-7 before pregnancy). Some weeks, it’s impossible and others, I can accomplish it. My workouts are termed HIIT and are generally whole body (minus core). Tonight after finishing it, I had lower abdominal cramps. No bleeding. Just cramping. Would you all suggest to continue my workouts, do a lighter workout or just stop all together? Thanks for any advice on this!
