Has anyone else gotten constipated when consuming greens ? I usually get constipated when I drink green juices or smoothies that have spinach !! Is that weird or normal ?! It’s gotten to a point where spinach grossed me out throughout this whole pregnancy and the only greens I like is broccoli... should I be concerned to email my doctor about this ?? It has happened to me twice. The first time I thought it was just the stage I was in for pregnancy so I stopped consuming my green juices and today I went to buy one and I haven’t been able to poop. TMI but I feel like poop is going to come out but I can sit on the toilet for 10 minutes and nothing will come out🤷🏼‍♀️😳
