School starts for teachers in 2 weeks. Now that my district has released their guide lines for full time in person instruction, I don’t feel comfortable going back teaching. I’m scared for my families health, my 2 year old is a great risk to this virus. My question is, I signed my contract back in May when things were looking better for this fall. Because of the circumstances, can I break my contract without penalty?
