Yasmin pill for acne?

Has anyone else taken Yasmin (oestrogen and progesterone) for (mildly cystic) acne? Any effects good/bad?

I used to take it and my skin was slightly better, but it wasn't worth the awful mood swings and depression symptoms that came with it. Obviously everyone reacts differently, and if you find it doesn't do what you want it to, you can swap to another pill.

I wouldn't pick a birth control pill purely for acne, there's other treatment you can have for that.
