Nausea possibly gone/possibly fluke

Has anyone had nausea and it just kinda went away ‘early’? When I say early I mean 9-10 weeks, so before the 12 - 14 weeks.

I’ve been pretty nauseous, but also got sick this week with a pretty bad sinus infection. My coughing fits have made me feel worse but then all of a sudden yesterday I wasn’t so nauseous. I’m not sure if it’s just something I did helped or if it’s really gone. —— not complaining at all, just makes me a teeny nervous is all.
