First round of BBG ✔️
I just completed 16 weeks the BBG program (4 weeks of pre-training + 12 week program) and am starting a second round today!
I am SO much stronger, but am disappointed in the lack of progress my photos show. I feel like I got BIGGER between them 😩 I put on 10 pounds over the 16 weeks (which I think had a lot to do with drinking more during quarantine), so I’ve cut alcohol from my diet and plan to make better food choices this round to encourage fat loss.
