Amazing c/s experience!

If there's anyone who's considering an elective c-section or requires one for health and safety reasons, I am happy to answer any questions.

I had an elective c/s. It went amazing - of course there are some scary moments but the outcome has been great.

I look better than I did before the baby and I'm 6 months post op.

Small (and very low scar), no mommy pooch. Abs are back. Baby is super healthy and happy!

I did learn that it's important to make sure your scar does NOT fuse to your abdominal wall. There is a technique to see if it has or not - the doctors never mentioned this. I learned this from a Sports Injury Therapist.

Also lots of excercises out there to return your abdominal wall to it's former glory!
