Why the diarrhea🙄

Turned 26 weeks today and for the past few days every time I go to the bathroom I have diarrhea. Sometimes beforehand I also have really painful gas that I feel in my stomach. Diet hasn't changed. Just curious to see if anyone else experienced this too around this time?

I'm the opposite! Days can go by and nothing and then it hurts to go 😅 I guess pregnancy is all about extremes! 😂 Either we go too much or we don't at all! 🤦🏻‍♀️😅

I’m 25+4, and for most of my pregnancy I’ve been constipated, until about two weeks ago when it changed to daily smoothie poos. At first I thought maybe it was something I ate, but this seems to be the new normal now.

Yeeeep. It started for me around week 23, and I’m currently 25 weeks. Started taking probiotics to see if that would help, and it did for about a week, and right back to where I was. Work is sooooo difficult right now because I gotta go so often.
