Kyleena IUD

Has anyone had their IUD removed shortly after insertion? I've had mine in for 8 days and the cramps are getting worse. I just want to be in bed all day and cry. I thought my period cramps were bad but atleast those only last for 2-3 days. I just want it out.

I have an autoimmune disease (graves disease) which doesn't allow me to get pregnant because of the medication I'm on so my endocrinologist suggested this option but I rather just take pills at this point.

Anyone else gone through this?
