Could I be pregnant ?

About 6 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, I took plan b after. About a week after I started spotting it was a light flow but it lasted for 4 days and I had mild cramping fast forward , my periods 9 days late which is unnormal as well as the spotting, I took a test but it said it was negative but idk, I’m not getting any of those little symptoms that you usually get before you’re on your period like at all, I’m honestly a little worried and ready to call my gyno. Thought I should post it here and see what y’all think too. Oh I’ve been under a lot of stress lately too, If that could be a factor.
