Trapped wind?

I’m 27 weeks and twice over the past few weeks I’ve woken with abdominal pain near my ribs and back ache. Could this be trapped wind??

Are you sure it’s not baby? With my first she lived with her feet in my ribs, super uncomfortable and even painful at times.
