I got the implant inserted july 2019, but i had constant bleeding & decided if i was still bleeding once i had it in for a year i’d switch my birth control. it’s now july 2020 & i got my implant taken out & decided to switch to the depo shot, but i’ve read it has similar side effects to the implant & i’m worried i’m going to have the same problem. i feel like it may have something to do with my weight bc i’m kinda small & my friends on the implant stopped their period completely. has anyone had the same problem? & what was your experience with the depo shot?
