Ovulation

So today is my second peak day according to my clear blue fertility test. I peaked yesterday meaning today I ovulate. We didn’t have sex yesterday due to my daughter playing up in the evening. My partner works long days at work so we can’t try again until tonight. Is it possible I can still fall pregnant tonight? First month trying. My first born was unplanned. Thanks.
