vomiting at glucose test 🤢🤮 anyone else?

so i’m currently in the process of my 1 hour glucose test and i ended up throwing up a little bit about 40 minutes after drinking the drink they give you. i was feeling like absolute garbage. the NP i was seeing said it sometimes it actually causes your glucose to bottom out. 
either way, they are going to continue with the test since i didn’t throw up too much. 😅 
has this happened to anyone else?

I always feel queasy and on the verge of throwing up when I’ve done mine. I have to do one next week. If you didn’t throw up for 40 min after all of it would’ve been absorbed and shouldn’t affect your results. Good luck!

I held it down long enough for them to draw blood and get home 5 minutes away. Once i got through the door it was straight to the bathroom 😖

I didn’t throw up but def did not feel great. About 15min after drinking the drink, I started to sweat profusely, felt nauseous, and dizzy. Had to keep putting my head between my legs (the best you can at 28weeks lol).

UPDATE: i got my result back and it was only 73 😅 i’d hate to know how low i got to make me feel that sick! but super grateful that i passed 🙏🏼

I didn't have that, but it took away my appetite during, which was kind of nice for while I was there, especially since I'd had a mini-fast for my 1 hour and a 12 hour fast before my 3 hour test. But then when I got home and started to eat it's like my stomach woke up and I was STARVING. It was so bad I was shaking until I got enough food in me. I made my husband grab food from the kitchen for me that I could stuff in my face after the 3 hour test because I felt so weak! I was just glad I felt fine once I'd eaten enough but dang!
