I’ve been doing bioidentical hormone therapy for the past year. When I started, my dr did a hormone panel and diagnosed me with PCOS. For 8 years of trying to get pregnant, he’s the first doctor who did a blood test to find out. (All my previous doctors assumed I wasn’t because I am skinny). Turns out my ratios of LH to FSH were opposite of what they should be, which makes it impossible to get pregnant!. (I also had scary low thyroid levels, and we couldn’t even get an accurate progesterone reading due to my cycles being so unpredictable).

I Finally got to go in to get bloodwork done last week. My thyroid levels are as high as they should get, my LH and FSH ratios FLIPPED!!! I’m so excited to start trying for a baby and having this degree of confidence!!

Just started my period, so here we go from the beginning.
