3 eggs are s l o w e l y still growing......

So, today I was supposed to receive a call first thing in AM with news on how many, if any, of my 4 embryos made it to blasts and I would have a fresh transfer... by 9 am, nothing.... 10am nothing.... 11am nothing... finally at 12 my husband MADE me call them and I’m glad I did...

The nurse apologizes and says omg this is all my fault, I saw a check mark by yojr name and thought someone had called you... and Im so sorry but i am the only

nurse working today blah blah blah....

So then she tells me... we have 3 out of the 4 that are still growing and haven’t quite made it to blasts yet... ( today is day 5) so they are giving them another day.. and if any male blasts, they are freezing and I will need to wait till next cycle...

Honestly, the thought that they just forgot to call me?!?!? Are you effing kidding me?!? My husband and I have been on edge waiting since 6am!!!!! Beyondddddd pissed off!

I am glad they at least they are still growing and nurse days a lot of eggs need till day 6 especially at my age... but wth?!?!?

So now, i wait... some more.... until tomorrow to see if any make it.. this has honestly been the most emotional rollercoaster of my life...

Can anyone share stories on blasts that made it to day 6 and whether they were successful or not?!? Right now, I need a freaking miracle..

Looks like I’ll be drinking a few glasses of wine tonight...
