So I started depo in 2018, and am starting to come off the depo and switching to the patch in a week. Can someone please let me know what it was like coming off it? My periods have been just light spotting and super random which worries me bc me and my boyfriend ONLY use my birth control for protection. And tests are expensive and don’t want to keep taking them everytime something seems off🤦🏻‍♀️
