Bump or bloat?

Hi everyone! 
So I told my best friend last night that we are expecting🥳 she was soooo excited for us which was amazing, she said that I look further along than 4w6d (which I have estimated with the help of the app).
I’m concerned because twins run in my family! 
I took this photo this morning, I can’t tell if it’s bump or bloat! X

Bloat until about 12 weeks at least. Your uterus is under your pelvic bone until that point.

Totally normal to have lots of bloating at this stage - even with twins it would still be just bloat this early on. Congrats!l
