Name regret

Hey everyone! My son is 2 weeks old, and I’m having major name regrets! His name is Xander, but I don’t love it as much as I was hoping I would. We liked Alexander (with Xander as a nickname) but we wanted to call him Xander and figured it was easier to make that his only name instead of correcting people who may assume he goes by Alex.

Anyway, seeing his name written out really bothers me, and I can’t seem to get over the X in his name! I thought it would grow on me, but it’s been two weeks and I still don’t love his name. I also should mention that I’m a teacher and soooo many names are off the table for me to ever use due to former students. 😆 Not sure what to do- I guess I’m just looking for advice or reassurance! Thanks!
