Hair isnt growing

Okay so i went to a hairdresser Along time ago. Maybe about a year or two maybe longer than that , but she was dying my hair for me and then she asked if she could cut my hair , im thinking she was going to clip my ends , nope she literally got to chopping at my hair . And when it was done my hair became short remind you my hair was pretty long . And i think ever since then my hair just havent been growing like it needs to , how can i help it to grow . Are there any tips or products i could use . 🥺
