Lost all photos!
Has anyone ever lost all their iPhone photos? This just happened to my friend and she’s devastated. Thousands of photos of her kids are gone and apple says they can’t help because the photos are somehow not in iCloud, even though my friend always backed up to iCloud. How does this even happen???
