Help please

Hi, first time posting in this app.

I am taking the pill Cerazette for 4 years, I don’t do stops so my period never comes, but this month it came on the 6th July and today is the 18th July. I told the doctor but he never said anything and prescribed another 6 months of pill. Did this happened to anyone ? Is it normal ?
