I’m worried my baby girl isn’t eating enough solids. I’ve been spoon feeding her since 6 months and she will be 8 months at the end of July. I was considering switching to baby led weaning I’m just trying to decide when the best time would be. She is growing great and super healthy but she’s only eating a couple of tablespoons of solids at each meal if that. But this article says she should be eating way more than that at this age. Any advice would be appreciated.
