Recently found out I have Hypothyroidism. TSH levels are 4.7. Been trying to conceive for a year and a half.

I’m going in for additional testing soon, but assuming everything else is fine, what advice do y’all have? I find myself getting very discouraged. It’s also discouraging that I’ve gotten positive ovulation tests every month but I’m not actually ovulating. I think after everything is confirmed with additional testing they will prescribe me Clomid and medication to get my TSH levels down. I’m open to anything and just really want to hear stories/suggestions from anyone who has been through something similar.
