Liletta IUD

So on June 16, 2020 I got the Liletta Allergen IUD put in. (I gave birth to my daughter on April 30, 2020). Everything seemed to be fine at first, but now I’m just worried because I haven’t stopped bleeding. I mean I have days where it’s very little blood or a brown/beige colored blood, but it seems like after every time my husband and I have sex I’m back on my period again... I’m generally confused and I would like to know if anyone knows anything about this or had the same thing happen to them? Also should I contact my doctor or take the IUD out???

(a little background about my periods before pregnancy - I have always had irregular periods with bad cramps. I could go months with or without a period.)
