Did I pee myself?😂

I’m a FTM (probably obvious by the title) and I got home today and sneezed and felt a big gush in my underwear. I wasn’t able to tell the colour of the liquid as the underwear were pink, and I didn’t smell any thing, nothing that screamed ‘pee smell.’ I was pretty tired so I showered off and took a nap but woke up to some painful BH. They haven’t really been consistent and I don’t feel wet.... so probably just pee?

How far along are you ? With my daughter I sneezed and thought the same thing but it was my water. I knew it was my water once I went to the bathroom cause it kept coming out. Then I put a pad on and laid down and it filled.  It’s possible to slowly leak though so i world definitely monitor.

I would say it was urine just because you sneezed at the same time. Pop a pad on the keep track of your losing any fluids and give your birthing unit a call especially if your Braxton-Hicks were painful afterwards

Wouldn’t hurt to call L/D. They might want to do a fluid test to make sure you’re not leaking. How much was it? And how far along are you?
