Progestin pill?

I started my first progesterone only pill pack on June 18th. Finished that pack and am now on the second pill pack. Still no period. I had some heavier spotting last week but it was nothing that could’ve been considered a period. Has anyone else had irregular cycles even while on Birth control pills? I had nexplanon for a year with no bleeding at all, then switched to a 90 day combo pill which regulated my periods better than any other option. I had to stop it due to some health problems but now with the progestin pill pack I’m back to no periods. Pls comment if you’ve ever had a similar experience.
