Is cardio good for weight loss?
I recently got a treadmill. I’ve only been running for two days. About 2 miles per day.
I’ve always been good at running so it’s not a hassle. But I see so many different things about weight loss and I just have one question is cardio good for just shedding pounds. I want to focus on toning after I lose the weight. I have been doing abs for months and will continue but I just want to know if cardio will assist me
