1 nap or 2?

The last few days has been a struggle to get little one to take her naps especially the second one. She will be 1 on the 31st. Is it ok to go down to one nap now? Or is it still to early?

My daughter takes one or none if she takes one it’s normally after lunch

We’re down to one nap a day as well. Usually after lunch around 12 or 1pm. She naps anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours

We have been fighting the second nap for over a month, and we dropped it completely.  She will typically take a 1.5 hour nap after lunch. 
If she needs it, I will give her "quiet time" alone in her crib with her stuffed animals, sound machine and paci for about 30 minutes. 
I stressed over it too because only a small percentage of babies at this age are down to 1 nap. I tried for weeks before finally accepting that my baby is in that percentage.  
Keep trying the second nap for a while and if it doesnt work out, it's not the end of the world. Your baby will still develop and grow just fine 🤗

The same happened to my son about 2 weeks before his first birthday. I googled and asked our doctor and both sources said that there is a 12-month sleep regression that will last a week-ish but don’t switch to one nap yet because they still need 2 rest periods per day until about 16-18 months. So I stuck through it and he totally bounced back to 2 FULL naps a day! Personal choice but that was my experience and we were completely back to normal and happy in no time!
