Any advice ladies

Hey ladies, So yesterday i got off my period and I had sex, I was on top, I noticed that it started to hurt. So we stopped and I laid down, my lower abdominal, and pelvic area started to hurt. I went to the bathroom and there was blood when I wiped. Also there was one small clot! Anyone know what this could be thanks!!!
