Heavy Sore Boob

Hey everyone, coming from someone with health anxiety and very paranoid I wanted to ask if it’s normal for one boob to be sore and super heavy if my period is 5 days away?

I don’t get sore boobs too often and when I do I think they are both sore at the same time. Only one is super heavy and big and a little sore. Can anyone confirm if this is normal 😅
