TTC & Insomnia PMS
Every cycle without fail about 5 days before AF I get insomnia. I’ve read it’s from a drop in progesterone before AF. When it happens I know I am not pregnant :( I guess it saves me money on tests but any hope for me to still be pregnant? Starting to lose hope on TTC
