I just wanted to share something I discovered!
Oatmilk!
It reminds me of almond milk and I don’t care for the taste of it by itself but it’s been amazing in my coffee
I put mostly oatmilk and then just a splash of my normal coffeemate flavored creamer(mainly to give it the flavor taste I like) and it’s amazing and my production has been getting better. Plus it’s way healthier than using all coffeemate creamer lol.
One whole cup of oatmilk is 90 cal where just a tablespoon of my reg creamer was 35 already! So I like to think it’s what helping contribute to my awesome progress of losing my postpartum weight too! I’m already below my prepregnancy weight ! Woohoo
