Finally bit the bullet and bough Ov tests. 
Is this ovulation or not yet?

Ovulation tests are misleading and i wish they would rename them. Ovulation tests don’t actually test for ovulation and cannot tell you that you’re ovulating or not. It is only meant to detect the LH surge just before ovulation actually occurs. Your test is very close to positive but not quite. The test line has to be as dark as or darker than the control line. Once that happens, ovulation should occur within 12-36 hours from your positive.
