Can you overfeed an exclusively breast-fed baby? Nursed only*￼

Answer

MOST of the time, I’d say no. With my first baby, I never overfed her and she nursed ALL the time. 
However, my second had minor reflux. I did have to learn to cut her off or she would overeat and then vomit. I know basically everyone says you can’t overfeed a breastfed baby but for her specifically, that wasn’t the case, and I consulted both a pediatrician and an IBCLC

Answer

Yes. My son had acid reflex and didn’t know how to regulate and his pediatrician told me to nurse for 10 minutes on each side, and eventually my son learned and popped off himself. Never had any supply issues either (until now, but I’m pregnant and that’s a whole different breastfeeding category).
