Mouthwash that doesn’t make the inside of my cheeks peel?!

I’ve tried plenty of mouthwashes. I’ve even tried the ones that have zero alcohol and they still make the inside of my cheeks peel😔 maybe I just have an allergy to all mouthwash. Any suggestions? Also ones that don’t stain your teeth? I don’t use mouthwash all the time, only on days when I had too much garlic or when I wanna be extra fresh for my man lol.

I feel like all the non-alcohol ones do this to me as  well. I have the issue with Crest toothpaste as well. I’m a denta hygienist and patients have brought that up as well. Try regular listerine. Nothing with whitening or the zero alcohol kind. If it continues the good news is, mouthwash isn’t vital to good oral hygiene.

Try biotene! It’s a little thicker but it taste like toothpaste water lol. & it’s pretty effective also
