SCARED! QUESTION

So I recently have been having unprotected sec with this guy for weeks and I had several with him last night. When washing myself in the shower the area between my anus and vagina started to burn then also when I pee. Could it be a STD or just tearing?

Update when I used the bathroom and wiped myself I seen this
