Pregnancy

So i have a almost 1 year old (August 13th) and me and my bf have been i wouldn't say trying but not preventing pregnancy ... So i havent had a period for this month yet which is weird #1 , 2 .. The other day i was at the store when i looked down at my shirt to see it wet from my right nipple... I was confused but was told it was normal so i ignored it. The following night i was walking and had to stop in my foot steps because it felt like water or pee or idk was just coming out i actually had to change because my pants were soaked from whatever this substance was. Ive been sleepy . overly hungry. Can only eat certain things. But its said when you want something so bad symptoms and etc will jus be there when theyre really not. I feel like i am ... But the other times ive felt this way or i thought i was i was left hoping and wishing.
