Taking plan b

ugh so tonight my boyfriend & i were having sex & at the end his condom slipped off him & got stuck in me. i pulled it out & dont think any cum got in me but im not 100%. I took plan b to be safe but 1) whatre the odds i get pregnant? 2) is plan b that bad for your body/what else should I do to care for myself?
