I have irregular cycles (last time was 90 days) since coming off the pill & I’ve been taking some different vitamins which seem to have brought my cycle down a bit this time.

Had EWCM 7th (CD42) to 9th July, positive OPK 10th July & high but not quite positive OPK 11th July. Did I ovulate on the 11th or 12th?

Last night & this morning I’ve had some twinges in what feels like the left hand side of my ovary/cervix kind of area. They’re very brief & only every now & again.

It’s not painful at all, it’s more like somebody poking you where you can feel it happening but it doesn’t hurt. Some are slightly more of a tickle than a poke.

I’ve not really noticed this in previous cycles, so I’m wandering if this is some very mild implantation cramping.

Any ideas ladies?? Any help would be massively appreciated!
