How do you know if it’s pee or water break?

I’m 35w1d and I woke up this morning and my underwear was partially wet. But wet as in more than just discharge. It was black underwear so I couldn’t tell color. I’ve been having mild contractions but everything seems normal. Has anyone else ever experienced this? 😰 or did I just pee myself this morning? 😂

Walk around for few hours. If it still is coming, then it is water. If not then most likely pee.
Also pee smells like pee mostly.

Could it have been sweat? That happens to me some times as well even with the ac on!

Fake cough. If fluid comes out it could be that your water broke.

It would continue to leak, you can lay down for a few minutes and when you get up if there is more fluid coming out I would call and let your doctor know. 
If it doesn’t, it was either just watery discharge or yes, sometimes pee!
