I was talking to a guy for a couple of months and when I asked him what we were doing, he said he wasn't ready for a relationship. So I decided to walk away and he got upset and told me that he realised through me that no matter how much a guy gives a woman, no matter how much he loves her etc., unless a woman gets what she wants, she will never be satisfied. I told him that I know what I want and I refuse to settle for less than that. However I feel a little bad that he used the fact that I know what I want to give a negative view of women and how men are supposed to treat them.

Am I wrong for walking away?
