I'd assume troll. I don't think anyones stupid enough not to understand breast milk is milk. There are those who think it's gross to breastfeed and push formula. But the "it's not milk" statement makes me think troll.

I think this person is serious. But also grossly uneducated. This opinion may be formed because of how they were raised. Either way, plenty of people are uneducated on breast feeding. But I also think too many people shame mothers for choosing formula if they chose to formula feed. Either way, people should really keep comments to themselves and let mothers do what's best for them and their babies
